UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
On todays agenda was the creation of the poster. We collaborated with photographer Polo Farrera, winner of the 2024 LCE photographer of the year award. His expertise in lighting allowed us to create the dramatic tone whilst also having an eye catching design. We were drawing off numerous film/ tv/ theatre influences: Trainspotting, Stranger Things, Skins, Chewing Gum Dream, Beats; before settling on the poster we see today. As you can see red is a strong symbol for this production, mirroring the red we see in the Hong Kong flag.
