Dare Theatre's Upcoming Play 'Youth in Flames'
Dare Theatre is thrilled to announce our first production of the year, 'Youth in Flames.' Its first showing being at the Pleasance Theatre, London, October 2024.

FROM PAPER TO REALITY
Youth In Flames started off as an idea back in the summer of 2024 before it was then submitted for consideration as part of Pleasance Futures for their October Scratch showing. The turnaround of acceptance to putting it on allowed us three short weeks. During that time, our sound designer Guy Martin produced soundscapes of Hong Kong as well as our own original score. We worked alongside movement director Rufus Hunt and Director Hannah McLeod, both focusing on the more physical moments of the story, enabling a dynamic flow whilst keeping it rooted in its story.
The whole experience of performing with the Pleasance Theatre was truly rewarding and allowed us to receive vital feedback in order to further our story on.
